Exit velocity, throwing velocity, fielding, everything.
These improvements begin on day one, when you do your first rep.
And they continue until you reach the very end of the program.
The longer you follow the program, the more exaggerated the results.
Either way, by the end of the 14 week program, you’ll notice staggering differences.
Where you once struggled to hit the ball out of the infield, you’ll find the ball soaring off your bat.
Where you once couldn’t reach balls in the field you will see your range increase massively
Where you were once absent in the base stealing department, you will now double, triple, and even potentially lead your league.
